Busy bee

Well i have tidied the draws in the living room looking for a form from karlas school. I couldn't remember if i had to pay her school fees or if they owed me. as she is going to The Royal Ballet Upper school in covent garden. and she has to board in Barrons Court which is 9 stops away on the Tube. Anyway i found the letter and they owe me, so that will pay for her food.

Anyway in between looking for this letter i have been crafty again today.

Firstly i have made a card for Sammi This is for a chance to win her blog candy. It looks blue in the picture but it is Purple.

I quite liked this stamp so tried it in a couple of different colour schemes. The flower is hand made using a scalloped circle punch.

Another christmas card. I had made this up on my crafty day but couldn't find the right ribbon at the time well you would be supprised what i found whilst cleaning draws today.

On wednesday when i was having fun with Halloween Dottie i printed this image off but it was far to small. It was destined for the bin, well for some reason it was left on the side and here you are a piece of jewelry.

And finally

This card was made for me by my mum. Thank you it is a fab card. (obviously you can use othe chocolate bars when making this)

oh dear what have i done????

Well karla was bored so i asked her to put a few songs on my blog. She has definatly put a few on 103 to be exact but she deleted my old juke box. I didnt get chance to check what she had put on but i do know there is deffinatly going to be McFly.

so you now have a choice skip through the play list until you find something you like or turn the volume down on your computer......

I love her to bits and i am very grateful. Thank you sweetheart x x x x

I've had a craft day

Well i have been crafting all day and i have had lots of fun, the only downside is i've made lots of mess and it will take ages to tidy away. Oh well let me show you what i have made.

I made another christmas card I love making these word circles, The tree is from Dotties Christmas downloads.

When i saw the Halloween Dottie and George i couldnt wait to buy them. I spent all last night cutting them out and then today i had fun making stuff. This is flying dottie

I put Dottie on some ascetate so it gives it a little more dimmension. The stage is from christmas dottie and george. then i have added some stickers that i got from the pound shop.

This is a picture of the inside of the card. The frog and the bat are poundland stickers.

This is a little trick or treat sweet bag for Karla to take to school (closer to Halloween) I make her one every year and fill it with sweets.
I know she's 16 but it is now a traddition that she has one of these little bags.

christmas come early

Well i havent blogged for a few days as i have been working on my christmas cards. I know, i know christmas already you are shouting. But yes i have made a start, i have only made 20 and i started them on friday and have just finished them. as i have said before im a bit of a techno fobe and it took me a while to get the writing just how i wanted it. Anyhow here it is.

I just adore this stamp it's from penny black i have coloured his body in with prisma pencils and blended with sansador. His hat is coloured using a red sharpie pen, i have used a snow writer and glimmer dust for the fur. on his eyes i used anita's glossy liquid to give them a bit of a shine. I did the wording by following a tutorial that i found on Dotties world (hope you like them)

Karla got her GCSE results today she got 2 A's, 6 B's. and she took an AS which she got a C

I'm so proudof her as has worked so hard. x x x x x

I have just completerd my tardis ATC's the theme is 'Time' I also did this for a dr who swap on UKScrappers.

2 cards today

I made this card for a girl at work, she is going on maternity leave tomorrow. But as i also leave my job tomorrow i will give it to her friend to pass on when she has her baby (yes she does know she is having a boy) All the elements for this card were printed from the cute companions cd. It was really quick and easy to make.
The background for this card was also from the cute companions cd. I had coloured and cut the image of Tilda out a while ago. (using prisma pencils and sansador) and i thought she would look good on a plain and simple card. Hope you like it.

Another Dottie

I made this card and Gift bag (filled with chocolates) for a work coleagues birthday. The naughty Dottie pictures were from charmed cards and crafts and were coloured in using my prisma pencils and sansador. the pp is spring fling by blonde moments which can be found at Art from the Heart

for the gift bag i followed a tutorial that i found on Kitty's krafty blog thanks kitty. here is the tutorial link I think i will be making a few of these bags for christmas.

Hi

I've had a hectic few days but i have had a little play with my blog and i now have music and i am able to see what time it is as i've added a clock. i'm so proud of myself.

I still need to work out how to add links i'm such a techno fobe. well i will be back soon i hope

My first ever blog

Well this is it i have set up a blog. Thanks to sammie for all your help and encouragement.

The only thing is i have this blog but i haven't got any recent craft projects to show you so i will show you one of my digi layouts.
